Chapter Officer Election Timeline
The nomination and election of the officers for the KC Chapter, 2024 is now open. The offices include President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary. Nomination of Officers Closes - Oct. 10, 2023
Nomination must be submitted to the Secretary no later than October 10th.
Candidates Agreement to Serve - Oct. 10, 2023.
Candidates for a specific office must accept the nomination no later than October 10th.
Candidate Announcement and Ballot Distribution - Oct. 15, 2023
The candidates will be announced and the ballots distributed to members in good standing.
Voting Opens - Oct. 20, 2023
Voting Begins with Ballots sent to the Chapter Secretary.
Voting Closes - Nov. 1, 2023
Ballots received after 5:00pm on November 1 will not be counted.
Officers for the KC Chapter for 2024 Announcement - Nov. 4, 2023
The officers for the KC Chapter will be announced at the annual nomination dinner.
